My approach to state-shifting sounds


Each album emerges through an intuitive, immersive process — more inner translation than technical construction.

Creating this kind of work takes time. Every release involves at least four weeks of focused studio sessions in a meditative, regulated state. I tune each element with precision — not just for sonic quality, but for how it influences perception, nervous system coherence, and internal state shifts.

As a DJ and live performer, I’ve toured the globe since 2003, collecting unique field recordings — atmospheres, micro-tones, subtle resonances — which I embed into my compositions to add warmth, depth, and spatial memory. These environments aren’t decorative. They serve as gateways into altered, yet grounded, states of consciousness.

This music is not background sound. It’s a functional interface for shifting your physiology, regulating your emotional system, and accessing expanded awareness.

Since 2006, my entire approach has been shaped by daily practice in multidimensional awareness.
My daily practice has been shaped by his work “Quantum Psychology”, applying quantum principles like non-locality, observer-created reality, and identity as process to deepen self-awareness and dismantle trance states.
Alongside this, I’ve practiced Voice Dialogue daily since 2007 (Hal & Sidra Stone), developed my own Neuro-Sound methodology, and integrated techniques from Liebscher & Bracht’s pain relief system, Sadhguru’s Shambhavi Mahamudra (breathwork), and Dr. Joe Dispenza’s neural rewiring protocols.

Over the years, I’ve also immersed myself in Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, Holotropic Breathwork, hypnosis, bodywork, yoga, meditation, and trauma release work — refining my sensitivity to what truly shifts state and what merely entertains.

The result is a hybrid process, intentional, somatic, and often euphoric in its effect.

Personally, I don’t nap, they’ve never worked for me.
But when I lie down, put on an eye mask and headphones, and listen to one of my tracks, it flips a switch.
From overload to reset.
